#For Online order: If you find that your ring is not the right size, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received your ring. Please do not rip off the tag and all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state.

i) the main stone loose from its mounting within 1 month after purchases and
ii) sides stone loose from its mounting for within 3 months after purchases
